THE EVIDENCE

Everything you have found so far.

    Stored on this device.

    ABOUT

    APPEARANCES ARE NOT ASSAYS.

GOLD / LIES is a small experiment in expensive appearances. Scratch the surface. Keep the disappointment.

A fictional game, not a precious-metal test. No purchases required. No real prizes.

    HOW IT WORKS

    1. The first specimen on every device is a demonstration piece.
    2. After that, the interior of each new specimen is picked at random by your browser when the specimen is created, before you touch it. Scratching faster or slower does not change it.
    3. Gold is a rare virtual outcome.
    4. There is no real reward, no account and nothing to buy.
    5. Your collection lives only in this browser.
